The draft regulation sets out selected limitations on the electricity ordered with the PPAs, stating that “no number of electricity obtained by the industry participant under the suitable buy settlement [might be] used by or credited to the marketplace participant in regard of any IESO need reaction auctions or pilots or any capability auction.â€
